Let's start our tour of the neighborhoods west of I-5 with Ashley Heights (a local favorite) and continue with Lakeview Estates (you can't beat these views!). Lincoln, a neighborhood that must not be missed, will be our final stop.
Lincoln
A short distance north of downtown Vancouver is the Lincoln area.
This area is extremely popular with people who want to live in an area of older homes with that vintage or classic look.
Close to town, great I-5 freeway access, and less than 15 minutes to the Vancouver Mall.
This part of town has traditionally been a very low turn over area, giving it a solid and friendly feel.
Homes range from $225,000 to $600,000 and up.
