Let's start our tour of the neighborhoods west of I-5 with Ashley Heights (a local favorite) and continue with Lakeview Estates (you can't beat these views!). Lincoln, a neighborhood that must not be missed, will be our final stop.

Hazel Dell, just minutes north of downtown Vancouver has many great subdivisions to choose from.

One of them is Lakeview Estates located just west of I-5 at 78th Street. Many of the areas homes overlook Vancouver Lake with spectacular views, and others take advantage of the close in location for shopping, access to Portland, or if you're going to Seattle, it's a quick two minutes to I-5.

Lakeview Estates was built in four Phases, starting in the mid 80's for the view properties, to the late 90's for Phase IV.

You can expect to pay from about $350,000 to mid-$700,000.
