Let's start our tour of the neighborhoods west of I-5 with Ashley Heights (a local favorite) and continue with Lakeview Estates (you can't beat these views!). Lincoln, a neighborhood that must not be missed, will be our final stop.
Ashley Heights
Located on the north end of town, I would call this subdivision a spectacular success. Phase I started in the early 90's (Phase VI is currently underway).
The first summer of construction saw the homebuilders association choose this location for it's annual "Parade of Homes".
Fine homes, plenty of open space, community trails, and of course that close in country feel that so many of us want.
There is truly a sense of community here.
Prices range from mid $450,000 to over $1,000,000.
