Our tour of the neighborhoods in north Vancouver begins in the Sherwood area (a great location), continues in The Highlands (huge lots) and ends with Mt. Vista and WSU.

All of these locations are near the junction of I-5 and I-205. You can't beat that!

This has long been one of my personal favorites on the north end of town. Construction began in the early 80's and the neighborhood is now built out.

The north east section has a perimeter greenbelt, attracting those who desire backyard privacy. Other homes in the area are bordering older subdivisions with class and character.
